Jordan Brand has made it a yearly tradition to release an Air Jordan 11 colorway every holiday season. With every year bringing us either a new or classic rendition of the silhouette, many sneakerheads look forward to December for this reason. 2014 brought us the coveted Air Jordan 11 “Legend Blue,” and EVERYONE wanted a pair. The Air Jordan 11 “Legend Blue” sports a clean white leather upper with Legend Blue hits throughout. Upon arriving to retailers we took a look at what the pre-sale prices of the sneaker were, and whether or not it was smart to pre-order a pair or wait for resell. Now we’re taking a look at what the sneaker is really worth.
The Air Jordan 11 “Legend Blue” released with so much hype that people were going crazy just to get a pair. Doing everything they can to snag a pair, resellers noticed the thirst for the sneakers and saw nothing but money signs. Releasing for a high retail price of $200, we expected resellers to sell these beauties for a very beneficial profit. Many thought if you didn’t get a pair for retail then you most likely would have to pay somewhere towards $400, but they were very wrong.
Avg Price: 297.37
Jordan Brand produced so many pairs of the Air Jordan 11 “Legend Blue,” that if you really wanted a pair you could get one pretty easily. Of course you would have to pay a little extra, but sales/listings on both eBay and Kixify show that it wasn’t much over retail. Selling for an average price of $297.37 the Air Jordan 11 “Legend Blue” was widely available for everyone. $300 may seem like a lot of money, but once you think about the $200 retail price, tax, and other fees you’re really only paying around $50 extra.
