The Nike KD 7 silhouette has already received the “Red October” treatment in the form of its Global Game color way but Kevin Durant just teased a Lifestyle pair. He stated that his favorite color is Red so a pair was created just for him, sporting vibrant Red along the upper with a different tone of Red on the Swoosh.
