This new color way of the Air Jordan 6 had turned many heads before its release date in August and it turned out to be inspired by the Spizike. Utilzing colors from the OG Spizike release, the combination of White / Red, and a slight accent of Green proved highly effective. Red premium leather, Black print on the liner and an icy outsole completed this History of Jordan color way which released at a $170 price point and fetched prices upwards of $800 a few months before its release. The History of Jordan AJ6 sports a Varsity Red upper, White/White midsole, Green branding, and Black on the liner as well as the tongue. The sneaker had its release on August 9th at a retail price of $170 and fetched its highest price of $800 a few months before the release.
As soon as the Spizike color way was set to release, the value of the sneaker dropped considerably over June-July and hovered around $400 before August approached. Once the sneaker released, the price hovered slightly under $300 for a healthy profit of approximately $115 and has stayed that way since the release.
